French cuisine makes your mouth water: which one do you prefer?

5) Steak Tartare

Raw meat is generally not preferred, but beef tartare tastes the best. French steak tartare includes lemon, mustard, onion, egg, etc. In restaurants, you have two options, prepared or unprepared, both seasoned with appetizing spices.
